We will build on the foundation of your knowledge and experience with meditation by exploring a new ‘tool’ each week.

The course is meant to add variety and deepen your meditation practice. Instruction, discussion, experiential and music.

INTERMEDIATE RAJA YOGA PROGRAM (pre-requisites: Introduction to Meditation, Practical Tools & Inner Power)

We will explore further spiritual tools to deepen our meditation practice, enhance our spiritual transformation and understand the context in which we are meditating.

In addition, we will explore the philosophy/understanding of Raja Yoga and how it informs our meditation practice through~ the law of karma, nature of time, quality of energy for change, tree of religions.

This course will run four consecutive Thursdays, When you register for the first night, you are doing so with the intention to attend the entire course.

WMH_WebImage2World Meditation Hour began in 1978 when people from all over the world were invited to collectively meditate for one hour for world peace. Over the years this practice has become very popular and has spread to over 90 countries around the world, currently attracting nearly a million people.

Whether or not you know how to meditate, you are invited to join us on the third Sunday of each month from 6:30 to 7:30 pm and spend 60 minutes of your time radiating peace, love and care to our world. Everyone is welcome, so bring your friends and family.
