(Available on Amazon and at local meditation centre). Nikki blends her knowledge of ancient mystics and mythology with stories of modern seekers, as well as her own extraordinary journey towards wholeness to outline the 9 steps of the spiritual journey. For those who love silence and for those who are a wee bit afraid of it – come for the experiment of 3 hours with yourself and discover what good company you can be. In silence the noise of the mind settles and I can begin to see beneath to the quiet space inside myself.

This guided 3-hour session will give you time alone but with instructions and input: meditation, reading, reflective exercises, a silent tea party, enjoying the company of others while in your inner world. Try it. Enter in silence, leave in silence.
