GIVE YOURSELF THE GIFT OF PEACE: Afternoon Retreat

Join us for a gentle, inspiring workshop, peaceful meditation and an hour of silence with a specific focus for generating your energy for the holiday season.

Location: Brahma Kumaris Meditation Centre, 1 Cedarbrae Lane

Feel free to stay for Sunday Silence from 6:30-7:30pm. Free of charge. Registration required.


 

Meditation Experiences

These events are open to everyone; no registration or meditation experience is necessary
Feel free to drop in for the meditation. All are welcome, no experience necessary. No need to bring mats.

MEDITATION MONDAYS

No experience necessary. A focused meditation experience designed to refresh, uplift, empower and inspire.

Come every Monday or drop in for a theme that interests you.

Monday nights 7:00 pm to 8:15 pm

SILENT SUNDAYS

For those who are aware that this world is on the edge of a dramatic and profound shift, and sense they have a significant role to play in support of a new world.

A power hour of music, meditation commentary and silence to start your week.

Open to all. No experience or registration required.

Every Sunday 6:30 pm to 7:30pm

A five-week introduction course to meditation for beginners. Raja Yoga is ‘yoga for the mind’. It helps to focus the energy of thinking in directions that create and sustain the experience of peace, love and happiness.
