PEACE AT THE PUBLIC LIBRARY

Do you need a drop of peace?

Drop in to a still space of meditation for an hour.

Replenish yourself, calm your mind and be free from worry for one hour.

GOD AS OUR SPIRITUAL PARENT: IN CELEBRATION OF MOTHER AND FATHER’S DAY

Join us for an interactive workshop exploring and experiencing the qualities of God as both Divine Mother and Father through creative activities, meditation and reflection.

Feel free to drop in for the meditation. All are welcome, no experience necessary. No need to bring mats.

MEDITATION MONDAYS

No experience necessary. A focused meditation experience designed to refresh, uplift, empower and inspire.

Come every Monday or drop in for a theme that interests you.

Monday nights 7:00 pm to 8:15 pm

SILENT SUNDAYS

For those who are aware that this world is on the edge of a dramatic and profound shift, and sense they have a significant role to play in support of a new world.

A power hour of music, meditation commentary and silence to start your week.
